We know it can be a lot to juggle, so to help you make the most of your experience, here’s a snapshot of some of what’s in store based on your program or institutional role or area of interest – call it a cheat sheet of sorts.
In an effort to emphasize the Engaging Each Other portion of the conference theme, the Educational Activities team, responsible for putting the conference together under the leadership of Timothy P. Brigham, MDiv, PhD, has added a few exciting new items to this year’s event.

Timing the launch of this blog with our Annual Educational Conference might just be kismet, because the theme of this year’s conference, Engaging Each Other: Transformation through Collaboration, speaks to the goal of tuning in and work together, to gather and initiate growth and change.
Proposals must be submitted by Friday, June 16, 2017, to be considered. Applicants whose sessions are selected will be notified by e-mail the week of July 24, 2017. The 2018 ACGME Annual Educational Conference that will be held March 1-4, 2018.
Twenty-five individuals and three institutions were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the graduate medical education community.
The ACGME presented awards to 23 recipients at its Annual Educational Conference, including the inaugural DeWitt C. Baldwin Jr. Award presented in partnership with the Arnold P. Gold Foundation.
